Exchange Conditions

• Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order

• Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags

• We exchange for a different size or color of the same product

How To Exchange

1. Contact us via WhatsApp with your order number

2. We'll arrange a pickup at your convenience

3. Your new item will be delivered within 2–3 business days

Exchange Fees

A shipping fee of 60 EGP applies for exchange shipments.
